It’s the 26th of the month and it’s time to take important note of the status of your iLearningGlobal business. As we recently shared with you it is important that each iLG Marketer take ownership and responsibility for their business, and this is the most important week of the month for you. ALL CREDIT CARDS HAVE BEEN PROCESSED THAT WE ARE ABLE TO PROCESS. Get into your back office through the ilgmarketerhub website, click back office, then log in and check your frontline first and foremost. If even one of your five frontline marketers has an issue with their credit card not clearing it could cost you hundreds of dollars of missed commissions on your sixth and seventh level. Look at your “Downline List” and you will see the charge status clearly on the far right. Every marketer will say “SUCCESS”, “FAILED” or “PENDING”. At this point where all credit cards have been processed for December the only acceptable status is “SUCCESS”. If anything else shows in this column, immediately get on the phone and talk to the marketer and make them aware of the situation. Follow up with them, even three-way call them into the office if necessary, but help them to get their card processed successfully. There may even be a time when hundreds of dollars are in jeopardy and it could be worth it to cover the cost of this monthly charge personally to avoid a loss of commissions. This is an important part of taking responsibility and running your own personal business.

Dynamic Compression. Some people do not fully understand dynamic compression and have misunderstood that people would roll up to fill qualifying positions where payment failed in the same month but this is incorrect. Commission-calculating software always performs the same way. The first step is the qualification process. The computer determines those who have five people with successful credit card charges on their first level and determines to pay that person on seven levels. It also qualifies those who will be paid as an Ambassador. Step two is commission calculations and at this point “roll-up” occurs in dynamic compression and every qualified level is paid, including roll-up into the first level for commissions there, but not as a qualifier for the sixth and seventh levels as that decision was already made. Only when a person is permanently removed from a mastermind organization (formerly known as downline organization) will a roll up occur (in the following month). That rolled up person or persons will count as a frontline marketer. We should all recognize our own responsibility to understand exactly how our business works and to manage our business accordingly.
